Student leadership roles enable students to embrace the Ranford values and take up the opportunity for increased responsibility across a range of areas. Student voice is important at Ranford Primary and students are elected to leadership roles in the final year of Primary School via a process of student and teacher consultation.
Faction Captains and Student Councillors are given the opportunity to develop interpersonal skills as they model the Ranford values across the school, take responsibility for the organisation of equipment, work as a team to coordinate promotion of school events and attend and actively participate in regular meetings to determine the duties and responsibilities for the coming weeks.
